Like all puppies, the Chihuahua is born without teeth. As of 5-6 weeks, the Chihuahua puppy will start growing milk-teeth. Once they have all emerged the puppy will have 28 deciduous Chihuahua teeth. After 4-5 months the Chihuahua will begin teething.
