Your Data, Exportable

What you save in histre is yours. You can take all of it with you at any time, in formats that need no special software to read.

Everything, as markdown

Go to the Export tab in your account settings and press Export My Data. histre builds one markdown file containing every page you have saved, with its notes, tags and highlights and a link back to the original. You get an email when the file is ready, and you can download it from the same tab. One export per day.

A collection, as CSV

Any collection can be exported on its own as a CSV file with the URL, title, note and tags of each item. Handy for a spreadsheet, a colleague, or another tool.

Anything else, through the API

If you want your data in a shape of your own, the API gives you your notes, highlights, history and collections as JSON, with the same token that the extension uses.
